My first director level position was with MedAmerica where I served as Director of Web Development. Throughout much of my career I have worked in a supervisory or "lead" capacity. Before joining MedAmerica, I was Senior Ecommerce Developer at McAfee.com, guiding team members and managing various aspects of our production cycle. Early on in my career while at Computer Sciences Corporation I worked on highly matrixed projects for the US Postal Service Information Systems Service Center and the navy.

Finally, to supplement my real world experience, I have a masters of science degree in IT Management. As part of the curriculum at Golden Gate University, I took classes in project and program management.

Ideally, I would like to find another management position. I feel like I have a lot to offer an organization with my management experience and my proven ability to lead and mentor others--in either a matrix or agile environment.
